URGENT - READ THESE DIRECTIONS!
When you sign up online, please note there are TWO distinct steps.
- STEP ONE - fill out the registration form and submit. After this happens, you will receive an e-mail with your registration information (basically a copy of the form you filled out). This will have an ID number and timestamp that validates your registration. Please note: you are NOT DONE at this point.
- STEP TWO - after submitting the form, you will be automatically redirected to the Checkout page. You will add the appropriate item to your cart and then a separate window will appear to pay.
- IF YOU WISH TO PAY FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM AT ONCE (i.e., multiple conference registrations, sponsorships, golf, etc.), LEAVE THE SHOPPING CART OPEN. On each individual checkout page, there is a link taking you back to the main Registration landing page. Repeat the STEPS ONE & TWO for each item you wish to add. Every time you hit "Add to Cart", the PayPal shopping cart will automatically refresh.
- When everything has been added to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will receive a payment receipt e-mail (from PayPal) once the transaction has been successfully completed.
- Please keep BOTH the registration receipt(s) and transaction receipt(s) so you have record of your registrations/payments. Please refer to the Registration ID and Transaction ID in any questions you may have.
