CEAM 2026 Fall Conference
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The 2026 CEAM Fall Conference will take place September 16-18, 2026 at the ASHORE RESORT & BEACH CLUB. The link above will take you to the hotel's general website where you can find more information about the venue. Please read all directions below and click on the "GROUP BOOKING LINK" if you'd like to reserve a room at the ASHORE.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Please note that overnight accommodations at the Ashore are NOT included in your conference registration fee.
- Conference guests are likewise NOT required to stay overnight at the Ashore.
- Each guest is responsible for making his/her own hotel/lodging accommodations.
- The CEAM Conference Committee will not have access to your hotel registration details.
- We will attempt to assist you with any questions but reservations must be made directly through the hotel.

You must make your room reservations directly with the Hotel online or by phone at (410) 524-3535. If you are having any issues with the online reservation site, PLEASE CALL 410-524-3535 to book over the phone.

Fall 2026 CEAM Conference by using booking code # CEM. This code will only work if calling into the reservation line; it cannot be entered into the website or app.
